David Harrington founded Lakeshore Realty Group in 2009 after spending a decade working for larger brokerages. He wanted to build something different: a small, client-focused firm where relationships come first and every transaction receives personal attention. With over 20 years in Michigan real estate, David has helped hundreds of families find their perfect home along the lakeshore. He is known for his deep market knowledge, patient guidance, and ability to navigate complex negotiations. His clients consistently describe him as honest, thorough, and genuinely invested in their success. Outside the office, David is an avid sailor and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity. He and his wife, Karen, have lived in Grand Haven for over 25 years.
